So who really needs Glastonbury, as The Maydays and Off The Cuff get together to present...
the Improvathon - an exciting weekend of improv comedy workshops and shows from Friday 27th June to Sunday 29th June.

Roll up, roll up and welcome to the unpredictable world of Off The Cuff!
Watch as the Cuffsters walk the tightrope of taboo and marvel as their comedy cannon
fires haphazardly into the crowd. During the show, Off the Cuff will be taking suggestions from the audience which will become the ingredients for their Play in a Day performance a mere 24 hours later on Improvathon Saturday.

Whose Line is it Anyway meets The Mighty Boosh!
Featuring your favourite Whose Line-style games as hors d'oeuvres, the masterpiece main course is a completely made-up comedy musical. Watch as The Maydays and their live pianist create a show where everything including the songs, plot, music, lyrics, even the dubious choreography, is entirely made up on the spot.

Discover your comic genius with a crash course in improv comedy!
Learn the tools and techniques to perform comedy in the style of Whose Line is it Anyway. This fast but friendly course is suitable for total beginners as well as those with some experience. A polished performance in 24 hours!
For one night only Off the Cuff will lay aside their unscripted and unplanned antics and instead will create and perform a forty minute play based on audience suggestion from their improv show on Improvathon Friday.
Prepare to gasp in anticipation at what theatrical treats lay in store, to tremble with enjoyment as you see your deepest desires are played out before you and to shudder with delight when they pull it off.

Featuring your favourite Whose Line-style games as hors d'oeuvres, the masterpiece main course is a completely made-up comedy musical. Watch as The Maydays and their live pianist create a show where everything including the songs, plot, music, lyrics, even the dubious choreography, is entirely made up on the spot. Not only that but for the Improvathon only the Maydays will take some of the suggestions for the show from local press who will hand deliver them in sealed envelopes as the Maydays challenge themselves to prove they really are making it all up!
